Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from receipt of the order. Please inspect your order within 2 business days after receipt and immediately contact us, if there are any damages. We cannot refund or replace damaged items, which are reported more than 2 business days after your order has been received.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you intend to return must be unused and in the original condition that you received it (them) in. It (they) must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your order delivery date, we can't process your refund or exchange, unfortunately.

To obtain a refund, pls return the item(s) in its (their) original and unused condition along side the issued RA number, within 30 days to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $70 and to ensure that we receive your return, please use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Please allow two to three weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed (depending upon your banks policy and procedures).
